Niki Sprinzen will be a speaker at the American Bar Association’s 2020 Business Law Virtual Section Annual Meeting (Sept. 21-25, 2020). The program is titled When Compliance Programs Fail: Best Practices for Investigating and Managing Potential Wrongdoing. Niki will focus on the issue of using leniency and early cooperation as tools for mitigating the consequences of corporate wrongdoing.
