Date & Time

Start Date: 12/16/2020
Start Time: 12:00 pm
End Time: 1:00 pm PST

We end 2020 in the midst of a COVID-19 surge and begin the new year facing not only the continuing challenges caused by the pandemic but also additional obligations arising from laws that go into effect at the start of the year. As we close out the year, we will review 2020 and discuss what to expect in 2021.

New Laws and Regulations in 2021: in this webinar, we will examine changes to the California Family Rights Act; new pay data reporting requirements; expanded retaliation protections under the Labor Code; new requirements regarding corporate boardroom diversity, no-rehire clauses in settlement agreements, and employee designation of the reason for use of sick leave; the expansion of crime victim leaves; and the new mandatory reporters of child abuse.

CLE is approved in PA, NY, TX, IL, NV, and CA.
