Throughout this 90 minute webinar, participants will explore decision making frameworks to implement the prescriptive and discretionary aspects of the regulations. This session will outline policy frameworks to effectively navigate the myriad policy components of the new regulations. This webinar will augment the frameworks with a discussion of the regulations through the use of hypothetical scenarios to bring key decisions to light. Through the lens of experience, the IRG team will provide a sample weekly project management plan for effective implementation, community engagement and comprehensive communications.
This will be the second in a series of webinars hosted by Cozen O’Connor’s Institutional Response Group, a team of dedicated lawyers focusing exclusively on improving institutional responses to sexual and gender-based harassment and violence in the educational context. The series will track the key elements of the Title IX Regulations through the life cycle of a Title IX case from intake through appeal.
