Katayun Jaffari will moderate a panel discussion on shareholder and stakeholder interests as part of the American Bar Association Business Law Section virtual meeting. The panelists will also dive into the shareholder primacy under Delaware law and the emerging corporate concern with corporate “stakeholders,” addressing the various stakeholder concerns in strategic planning and how to go about balancing the interest of both parties.
