Employers across the country are bracing for the possibility that a pandemic will impact their employees and business operations. This webinar will provide practical legal guidance on what every company should be doing now, and what plans should be in place to deal with various contingency situations. Members from the Cozen O'Connor Labor and Employment team, along with OSHA, Benefits and other areas will answer common questions on how to deal with ADA and HIPAA privacy concerns, application of sick pay and FMLA policies, wage and hour implications of employees working from home, employee refusals to work or travel, as well as best practices for dealing with temporary layoffs associated with supply chain disruption. We will also discuss the nuts and bolts of preparing a pandemic plan and the best practices that employers should include in such plans.

CLE cannot be obtained during the on-demand version of the presentation.
