The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unique challenges to employers of all sizes and industries. As employees return to work, accommodations issues related to COVID-19 have been particularly tricky to navigate. In this presentation, Mariah will discuss these issues as they relate to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. She will also discuss best practices for employers grappling with employee accommodation in the age of COVID-19.
