David Heffernan will be the co-chair of the Program Committee for the ABA Forum on Air & Space Law’s Annual Conference, which will be conducted all-virtually. The conference will focus on how all aspects of the aviation and space industries are responding and evolving in the context of the new, complex and challenging legal and policy issues created by COVID-19.
