Steve Haas and Joe Bedwick will be leading a panel discussion on the impact of representation and warranty insurance in M&A transactions at the upcoming Greater Philadelphia Association of Corporate Counsel’s Corporate and Securities CLE Institute. The panel will address the reason for the increased use of representation and warranty insurance, who should use it, what obstacles to avoid, and why and how parties involved in a transaction benefit from this coverage. Joining the panel will be Darlyn Heckman, Senior Vice President Transaction Liability of Lockton Companies, an independent global insurance broker with substantial experience in placing these kinds of policies.
