Dan Luccaro, of Cozen O'Connor's Subrogation and Recovery department, will present a webinar titled, "The Future is Now: Using Technology to Avoid Spoliation of Evidence and Enhance Trial Presentation" with Jason Karasinski of Fire Research & Technology LLC. This webinar will provide a review of the basics of fire scene spoliation, evidence retention and evidence storage. The presenters will disucss new technologies that can be used to improve and more efficiently document fire scenes as well as spoliation, enhance trial presentation and reduce costs.
