Tia Ghattas, a member in the firm's Commercial Litigation Department, will present at the Automotive Product Liability Litigation Conference on "Representing Multiple Defendants in the Same Automotive Product Liability Litigation." This presentation will consider the potential ethical dilemmas that arise when representing multiple defendants in the same automotive case. Further, it will address the Model ABA rules as well as a discussion on the more complex issues facing defendants in automotive product liability actions. Tia will co-present with Matthew Walsh II of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.
