Helene Jaron, vice chair of Cozen O'Connor’s Private Client Services Practice, and Amanda DiChello, a member of the firm’s Private Client Services Practice, will participate in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s inaugural Family Business Conference. Helene will moderate a panel on succession planning for family-owned companies titled "The Succession Question: Preparing and Developing the Next Generation to Lead.” Amanda will discuss the challenges that multi-generational family business face and how to overcome them during the panel discussion “Surviving Against the Odds: The Multi-generational Family Business."
