Robert Phelan and Ashley Bauerle, of Cozen O'Connor's Subrogation and Recovery department, will present a webinar titled, "Inland Marine Subrogation 101." The webinar will provide an overview of the evidentiary and legal standards for inland marine claims and is designed for adjusters and insurance professionals who have limited experience with interstate transportation claims. The presenters will use case studies, and provide examples of how the Carmack Amendment operates in interstate transportation cases and might apply to individuals who do not ordinarily handle marine claims.
