Rogelio “Roy” Carrasquillo and Scott Bettridge, both members of Cozen O’Connor, and John Grady, president of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), will discuss the state of the EB-5 program. The panel will also discuss what direction the program is taking and how it is currently utilized by the PIDC.
