Philip Kircher, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation Department, will serve as a faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's "Civil Litigation in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Seminar." Philip will discuss witnesses and the Rules of Professional Conduct with U.S. District Judge Joel H. Slomsky.
